Had a rude customer service person serve me. I told the girl at the front desk that takes your IDs that the woman I dealt to with was being a little rude but to have a nice day. Instead of managing the situation and saying thank you or I can talk to her (even if she doesn't wasnt) she instantly copped an attitude.
