Is this normal? She parked in the center turn lane with hazards on for over an hour while she did some walmart shopping. She's still here, I'm assuming cooking a meal. She didn't return the shopping cart and she's blocking the left turn in a decently busy shopping area. Western flyer xpress is the absolute best thing that’s happened for my family. My father died in 2023 from liver cancer and didn’t know where to turn.
