Very rude and disrespectful the male employee there is very rude. Didn’t wanna show me the credit pull that he did not have to show me. my account told me that they needed to do a credit on a second Chance loan I explained to them that I didn’t I did have bad credit. No no acknowledgment and the staff was very rude. Unfriendly service.
Western Finance is a great place, Heather and Rhonda were excellent in getting us and approving us our first loan.
Mrs.rhonda was awesome sweet patient and great customer service
