Great service and so sweet
There is a very nice brunette lady that sits at the front, but the lady at the back with the dry hair and unpleasant attitude was extremely rude and belittled me when I explained my situation. I’ve done business with them before, but now I would never take out a loan here. Customer service is not great.
I have enjoyed having a loan with them. They are very nice and understanding and will do their best for you. The only thing I don't like are the monthly reminders when I don't want or need them.
