UPDATE: Our stuff was delievered by a different company, had minor issues with them, but they were just responsible for unloading the crates. Several items were broken or damaged, including the shelf to a solid wood coffee table because they insisted on taking apart every piece of furniture possible, and then they placed heavy itema on top of it, since it had a brace bar below it it split at the bar down the entire piece of wood. No overnight, you can park in the streets but the area is a bit sketchy, last time I was there I saw 3 cars that was being dismantled, back to Western Express people are quick in and out 45 min. P.S. Western Express is not on 9900 Fallard court they are in a new building across the street 9821 FALLARD COURT it's on your right when coming in
