I bought a skid steer mulching head and the sales man was great. I set my payment with automatic withdraw and first 2 months it worked. Then I got an email that it was late after 12 days with late charges and need to make next months payment. Western was trying to draw the money from wrong account and my bank allowed it for 2 months. I called immediately and they lady was very rude and just wanted to make me pay the late fees and insisted it was no fault of theirs.
