Stay away... Borderline predatory lending. They're counting on you not reading or understanding the writing in the contract. As a small business owner I set loan terms for the longest possible, just in case we have a slow month, but I typically pay extra every month to lower principle therefore pay less interest over life of loan. These people want 6 months of payments to accumulate and a $250 "modification fee" before applying money to the principle. Brian Frana went above and beyond. I was originally seeking help with partial financing of a hooklift truck. Brian was able to finance the whole truck and even some dumpsters to get me rolling immediately. I won’t call anyone else when I need money for equipment. I bought a skid steer mulching head and the sales man was great. I set my payment with automatic withdraw and first 2 months it worked. Then I got an email that it was late after 12 days with late charges and need to make next months payment. Western was trying to draw the money from wrong account and my bank allowed it for 2 months. I called immediately and they lady was very rude and just wanted to make me pay the late fees and insisted it was no fault of theirs.
