Terrible support. It takes several weeks to get a dead SSD RMAd. 5 year warranty means nothing if the drives keep failing at 7-9 months. I have the Red drives in my NAS in a mirrored array. The system disk is barely used. Each disk got to about 93% life when the NAS could no longer write to it. Absolute garbage hardware and even worse support. I'm not waiting a month to get a replacement. In that time the other drive will die too. I now have another drives from another brand and will never buy WD again.
