We are from Edmonton and we ordered a bike online. It was shipped well packaged. After a quick assembly of the bike I noticed 3 things. 1 The wheels were true, it looked it someone has been tweaking the spokes a bit. 2 The disc brakes were perfect and didn't rub, a sign of precision alignment. 3 The derailleurs were perfectly indexed and limits perfectly set. While I have always had a really great in this store, and it (literally) always has what I need or a way to bring it in - yesterday was above and beyond. As a mom of a young goalie, I’ve gotten used to having to do all my own research before looking at new equipment as it’s pretty rare to walk in a sporting goods store and find someone that has in depth knowledge about goalie gear.
