Ebike repairs were needed on a bike not purchased at western cycle. John and the staff treated me fair and did all repairs. Prices were very reasonable as well.
Guys in the in bike service dept were great, very knowledgeable and helpful.
Great service, in and out quick. What more can a mom ask for?
Despite not being able to fix my e-bike. They were great to deal with, provided lots of information, and in the end because they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me for the time they spent looking at it. Throughout my experience I dealt with multiple people and they were all super friendly. Would definitely recommend - 5 star experience the whole time!
