I came here to get my bike fixed. All the employees I dealt with were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had a bad experience taking this bike to another shop, but this one was nothing but pleasant. They fixed my issues, but also went above and beyond to make sure the bike worked well and looked good!
Mechanic did a quick assessment with me there so I knew exactly what I was going to get. Incredibly quick turnaround and thorough job done.
Great place with awesome and knowledgeable people. I have been coming here for a few years and recently had John change a flat on my bike. Awesome guy. Gave my tire the Nascar treatment. In and out in no time. Thanks Western Cycle and John. Great service and people.
Went to go buy hockey equipment the guy that came and helped me was super knowledgeable. I told him I just played drop in and he tailored his recommendations to the cheaper equipment which is what I wanted as I play once a week in a non serious league. Would recommend going here for hockey help.
