Are they actually open on Saturday or not? Been trying to call all morning and they're not answering the phone. Made a trip in there yesterday to check on something. They still have not updated my account and now they're not answering the phone. Don't really want to drive into town again for this. So are they now closed on Saturdays? Do I have to wait until Monday for my account to be updated?
The woman at the front desk was pretty rude to me and ready to turn me away quickly because I didn't have a state ID yet. I understand that means I can't get an account yet but she was not friendly in the slightest.
Been with them for a year already, I can happily say they are a lot better then my former bank. Great benefits with banking with them and very helpful staff. No complaints from me on them and I will continue to bring my business to them.
My experience opening a loan was quick and easy. They had the best rates in town!
