Had the worst experience. Jean needs to be trained better. She is so rude.
Worst customer service, rude, everything you can think of. Jean is yelling at the phone for some reason. She's making everyone look like lying. Worst, I mean the WORST.
These people are rude, insensitive and unprofessional. Jean in particular lacked empathy any sign of compassion and following her receiving the funds she was unable to provide the contact infromation to have payments reinstated. Once the balance owing was collected she wouldnt lift a finger. If I hired this agency I would be expecting that Westren Civil Enforcement would also ensure the defaulted buyer had payments reinstated before thier job was completed. So we were taken to court and on the court documents the bailiff lied said he came to the door when he sat in his truck and didn't even attempt to come to the door very unprofessional tried to explain what was going on they wouldn't hear me out at all worst company in the history of man I would give them zero stars if it was an option shady business etiquette
