Ordered a shuffleboard table from Costco. CEVA was the original carrier then it was passed to Western Cargo for the local delivery. The driver was not prepared to unload a 300 LBS pallet and move it to our garage as per the Costco delivery agreement. He talked to my wife and expressed concerns about a tree in front of our house, but said he would see what he could do. Agreed to deliver a $3,000 massage chair at a certain time and unload into my house, with me home as that what was required for them to put it in my house or garage. They delivered 2 hours before the agreed time (I was not home) and left a 300 lb box on a pallat in my driveway. Spent 3 hours trying to get them to return and put it in my house as agreed.
