Literally the worst company to use, we tried using it at my work for the last 5 shipments... No tracking available to the customer just a note saying in transit.. no eta or where it's at. They took an extra week to deliver from their ETA. Even had freighcom try and check in with them when we utilized them through FC and they didn't get any updates either. If you like your shipments taking 15-25days to get somewhere with no communication they are your guy. Also for being in Richmond not far from them they took two extra days ... read more
