I referred several friends to Western Bank in Bisbee Az and each one told me how poorly they were treated and that they promptly closed their accounts. One friend was locked out of her account without notice because she politely gave feedback they asked her for. I closed my account this morning and will never bank with them again.
Update: I filed a complaint with the Federal Reserve. Don't trust them with your money. This is honestly the worst banking experience I've ever had in my life. The people who work here are not friendly. Stay away!
I opened an account with Western Bank on August 2nd. My experience with them has been the worst experience with a business to date in my life. I was removed from accessing my funds entirely. When you remove access to a persons money, and subsequent freedom, it should be warranted, recorded and noted. My account was closed, my money held from me and my access to my online account, denied.
