I have a mortgage with Western Alliance. Suddenly, I saw for the month of May, I am being charged for Insurance. Insurance for which I have send paperwork on 11/1/2024 valid for 1 year. So far submitted 3 times, but they keep losing the paperwork & charge me additional Escrow (insurance). All this without notice or advice. Good rates but service is quite poor. I requested to have a linked account change over a month ago and still nothing has been changed.
The deposit was made in my High-Yield Savings Premier account, but it was returned after five days without any explanation or notification. Their 5.36% APY is not reliable.
