Been going here for the past 4-5+ years. Do a great job every year. But this year the lady at the front desk. Talk about rude. Very disrespectful. Brought all my tax stuff in to have her tell me, won't take them cuz I need to fill out the whole intake form. We'll I filled out everything that it stated and left the stuff blank that stated if they did my taxes last year I didnt have to fill out this section and shes telling me I have to cuz they won't know then.
