good solid customer service - great internet, great tv. had a problem with tv box that took a couple days to figure out but Robin, Kris and the staff found what turned out be a software patch and as soon as they were sure it was the fix they pushed it to our tv box and VOILA! TV box working like it should. thank you Westel!
