Lots of fraudulent activity problems, and false advertisement. Been with for 10+ years and haven't been approved on anything yet. Customer staff and service are usually great unless 2 faced or forced. Don't believe there builtin's all the time due to technical problems as well. This location is awesome in comparison to other. So be advised any offers are not as advertised, as discovered with the scholarship program recently on top of things. Bank itself pings on itself for Google maps as the location where fraudulent transactions occur. Can't get approved or work on anything here without encountering failure within bank itself. Penalizes for fraudulently taking your money or withholding without notification or consent 🤔, last I knew taking money like that is stealing! Been with for 10+ years. Been with for 14+ yr. They never have approved me on anything, nor helped repair or work on credit score. Costing even more on fees when companies charge before the billing due date. Everything else here is excellent, this location having great staff.
