Rude and unhelpful. It's 100% an unapproachable business for me now. Their catalogue is a dodgy swap for your personal information (I dont know what they use personal information for). Otherwise they won't give you the price. Parts alone are listed online as something the buisiness does sell & i enquired. They knew the price to fit it, but that isnt something I would pay for personally. So I stipulated I wanted the cost of the part alone. 10/10 service. The guy changing my phone battery was nice and quick. It took around 20 minutes for the battery and screen change. Highly recommend.
I had my iPad Pro charging port replaced by WCR Vic Park. The service was outstanding: efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommended.
