Rude and unhelpful. It's 100% an unapproachable business for me now. Their catalogue is a dodgy swap for your personal information (I dont know what they use personal information for). Otherwise they won't give you the price. Parts alone are listed online as something the buisiness does sell & i enquired. They knew the price to fit it, but that isnt something I would pay for personally. So I stipulated I wanted the cost of the part alone.
