Very disappointed with the poor customer service from West Coast Blinds. During installation the fitters could not properly get an electric motorised blind to work. After months of me following up they have still not come to fix the motor. I have had to pay to bring in another company to resolve the issue.
Outdoor Blinds. Crap best place for it is Tamala Park land fill. Have had installers around to try and fix the problems. But when you go to use the product later on it jams up. Goes down but will not go back to starting position.
After getting a quote from a new receptionist and after a check measure the price had jumped considerably due to the fact the girl had not read my email stating it was for 2 arched windows. I told them to cancel my order but the owner called me to say she would honour the quote. Today I had them fitted and I am blown away at how good they look. The fitters were great and the fact the owner honoured the quote just goes to show what a professional company they are. I am so happy with them I am now going to get more.
Dont bother going. You show up on a tur during opening hours and been told sorry, no staff in today. Just close your shop.
