We bought a $1000.leather rocker recliner on 12/1/22 and I started having neck pain 6 months ago and I noticed it was when I slept in it. I went into the Grove store for some help and the manager just said it was too nold for her to do anything about. I explained I knew it was no warranty but she just said there was nothing to be done. I bought another chair to replace it so I will never buy anything from them. What a waste!
