We bought a child's dining chair from Westchester Woods. Within days the arm broke away from the chair. Pat from WW immediately contacted the supplier to have a new arm sent out free of charge. She ensured that all new hardware was supplied to attach the new arm (all at no cost to me). In terms of customer service, WW went well beyond my expecations. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
