So far-Excellent experience. Mom has only been here two days, but medical and administrative personnel have been outstanding! Great communication, compassionate care. Will review again at discharge.
Staff were friendly and helpful
The staff is friendly, easy to approach and ask for assistance if I need help with something or have questions. My parents are well attended to and I'm updated with anything out of the typical daily routine

Same as my last review except I forgot to mention that they didn't give me orientation, no gaitbelt and management stinks doesn't have your back, so quick to throw employees under the bus, never had working equipment that was need instead expected employees to buy their own, nurses were argumentative and quick tempered. Supervisors unapproachable and unhappy. Co workers unhappy and no team work also drama filled work environment. Work load was unbearable especially with no team work.
