I booked an appointment through Class Pass for 9:30 am and the business didn’t exist at the location. They go under another name “Shine Beauty Club LLC”. They also provided incorrect directions on how to get to the spa- the info they gave led me to a random persons apartment who had just woken up. I called the number several times and no one answered. This was extremely disappointing, and poor communication/advertisement for this business.
Erica is an amazing, skillful tech!!!! Very knowledgeable and will educate you in the art of body sculpting/ contouring. Facility clean and calmly environment. Anyone interested please reach out
