The absolute worst!! I have a special needs family member that attends a day program. Pickup and dropoff is consistently late. Our schedules are wrecked on a regular basis due to their inability to provide pickup and dropoff at scheduled times. I can understand being late on occasion but it's constant, anywhere from half hour to 2.5 hours late. Both on pickup and dropoff. Nobody should be forced to sit and wait for a bus or sit in a bus for 2.5 hrs to get home from a day program that is 20 minutes away. They don't call to ad... read more
