I receive the SBP offset DIC, and I lose $13,837.56 a year. My husband was a Naval Lt.--some don't get any SBP because their DIC was greater! WHO gets all that money? The Gold Star Wives whose husbands died for Our Country are being ROBBERED, 62,000 of us, were does all that money they don't give us go? Congress since 1972 say's NO money for the WIVES---no help!
