They take care of people pretty quickly even if there's a line.
I went to register recently for my car. I was not like before. previous staffs was very nice and helpful, but 2 people now named Sharon and Asley are the worst behaviors i ever seen in my life. These two are very rude, disrespected. I wonder how they get a job at city Hall. Please, replace with new ones to make Westbrook better and strong. Thanks
During my recent visit to Westbrook City Hall, I encountered both positive and negative experiences. Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members, Sharon. Throughout our interaction, Sharon's demeanor was sarcastic and rude, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome.
