Great service and definitely the best cabs on the Westbank of New Orleans!
I wouldn't even rate this cab company a one star if I didn't have to. I called several times before anyone answered. Then I ended up having to take this cab twice the first guy was cool and didn't go out of his way to add extra miles just to make more money. The second guy did - because of the second guy I will not use this cab service again.
Changed name to Westbank Cab.
Clean Cabs and Fast Response. I called the other company Glenns Cabs they said they only had 5 cabs working at the time. Westbank Cabs had over 50 working around Midnight. Great service !
I was in New Orleans during Mardi Gras and the New Orleans Taxi cabs tried charging us $20 person. Westbank Cab came across the river to get us when nobody else would! Above and beyond service GREAT!!!!!
I would never recommended west bank cabs because that wouldn't send me a cab after calling ten times however Glenda taxi wasn't a problem they was within a few min of me calling
