I have this bank and I’ve had it for about 8 years they offer good customer service but their system is so old style their cards are not even tap to pay and Zelle doesn’t even have them on their system not even Edd has them to do automatic payments it’s a hassle ur better off choosing a bigger or common bank who is more up to date with today’s society.
This bank has no clue how to handle complicated transactions.. they passed an efs check without even verifying it. I told them to verify and they had no knowledge.. need more experienced staff or they need product knowledge
