This bank has no clue how to handle complicated transactions.. they passed an efs check without even verifying it. I told them to verify and they had no knowledge.. need more experienced staff or they need product knowledge
I've been with this bank all my life, and have never had any issues with them. Only thing I would suggest would be to have better online banking feature/functions. Because as of right now it feels like a site that's from the early 2000's.
