This is a local branch where I live in Northern California. I don't bank there but had to close an account recently for someone who passed away. It was very frustrating in getting it closed . I was finally able to do it, with the help of the branch manager. I'm just glad someone there knew how to do all the paperwork that went along with getting it closed finally. The place is conveniently located in our small town. It's easy to understand why most locals use them.
The whole branch staff is very helpful. The 5 stars go to Margaret she assisted me with an account I was having issues logging into online. Thank you Margaret for your excellent customer service. You went above and beyond to help me and my brother!
Much better service than the Lakeport location, visit this building instead of the Lakeport branch.
