Staff is not helpful or nice and they make everything more complicated than it has to be. The only time they are nice is when you first try to open an account with them. There is a lot of hidden fees and even in a savings account when you go back to check on your money they will have taken most of it. The reason why I had an account with them was because of a car loan and they misinformed me at the beginning of the process.
