Everyone is so nice and helpful.
I love this bank. Best customer service. Never going anywhere else. Also to note, it's a couple dollars a month if you have less then $1500. I've rarely had more then that in my account, and it still does not bother me in the least. Their level of service is well worth the small charge.
Absolutely LOVE the staff! They are like family. They call me by name when I walk in ..even if they are helping another customer! I got 4 bank accounts there and wouldn't go anywhere else!
Very impressed with this bank's customer service. I am not an account holder, but a client, who is an account holder, needed to wire funds to complete a purchase. I arrived at his home at 3:45pm to get some paperwork signed, and learned he had to get to the bank in person to authorize the wire. (He doesn't drive.) We raced to get to the bank before they closed at 4:00pm and arrived at 4:04pm. I am not a customer but I had the opportunity to do business with this bank and specifically, Tomee Crabtree. This man went way over and above to help me with my dilemma. I drove an hour to get to Grass Valley to pick up a check and get it cashed. This was on 11-23-22(the day before Thanksgiving). The business that wrote me the check made an error.
