This has been the best bank I have even been the entire crew is very polite and very friendly. If I had any questions the tellers always got me the right answers regarding my account. Kandy the branch manager she is fantastic, knowledgeable, and a truly professional providing customer service! I’m not going anywhere this is the best bank to be at.
Do not open in account with west america bank. They have been a nightmare. I move money in the bank im a trucking company. They will tell you they will pay a check promise you it will be paid and what happens nothing check gets returned. Shuts down my fuel card for my trucking business. You can't go far with no diesel. Second they put on on check sysm by mistake. 100% there fault. Took off what they said I owed because I didn't owe anything but it sits on the record for 7 years. Very friendly Bank Teller. Love this bank. Never a line. This bank location does not have a drive-thru.
Just used the atm. Was clean, and nobody else was there.
