Westamerica is a small bank that tries to act as a big bank but then uses the excuse that they’re a small bank when it behooves them. They truly don’t have good customer service and don’t care about retention. I’m surprised I stayed with them for as long as I did. Was convenient not to switch, I guess. I’m glad I did. Good riddence.
