The bank teller in training Julie was rude and inept. I asked Julie if a specific amount from a source came out. And she said " is that even a question" The other teller gave me a nasty look. When I went back inside to deposit money. It is horrid when you get treated this way when you own a business account and a personal account been doing business with West America bank for a long time.
The staff is always so friendly and helpful with all of my banking needs!! Never long lines and they pay attention to all of my accounts. A+
