Unfortunately I never caught her name but I do believe she may have been a branch manager or supervisor of types because when I called and asked my question I was passed on to this lady whom made me seem like I was a fraudulent and fake check maker. You need to reevaluate your management here if that is who she is because that is just unbelievable to even think that way, especially about me and the way that she made me feel was absolutely disgusting! Teller had to call to confirm on a payroll check from my work. A check from the same bank. After I've been there 3 weeks in a row. Something totally unnecessary. I'm pretty sure it had to do with my ethnicity as no other people who were there of the same race got this sort of special treatment

Best bank experience personal and business I've ever had. They have helped us accomplish goals that no other bank would. All of the staff is very friendly and they are on the ball!
