Went to see Alex after a 17 mile run and I feel to much better. I am training for the London Marathon so I will be seeing Alex for the next 4 to 5 weeks Would definitely recommend he has a very nice chilled out space going on I nearly feel a sleep at one point Thanks Alex see you next week
