Our dogs love Jean's. She keeps a clean kennel. We been taking them there for 10+ years. wouldn't go any place else.😃
Jeanne has taken excellent care of my dogs for the last 14 years, and she has always been kind and compassionate with them, and flexible and reliable for me. We travel a lot as a family, so having somewhere that I know and trust to take my dogs is of paramount importance. I could never take my dogs anywhere else. Thanks for everything, Jeanne! My dogs love this place, and Jeannie! they are always so well taken care of while we are gone and take them to West wind. They have their own space to run in and sleep, it's always clean, she feeds them well. I feel good leaving them there when we go on vacation and I don't worry as much. I know Jeannie cares about my dogs as much as I do!
The building the kennel was is was dark and cold. My dog was the only one there (which should have told me something wasn’t right). It smelled of dog urine, literally like a dog shelter that had not been cleaned. On their site it’s says 10% off for active duty military so when I was paying I told her my husband is military and she told me they only do discounts if you stay longer. Hands down the best kennel in Delaware! I love Jeanne and how she cares for my two German shepherds when I'm gone. She isn't intimidated by my large dogs at all. She knows her breeds which I appreciate when I'm about to leave my dogs overnight with someone. My dogs have stayed with her on two occasions and she's been awesome both times. The first time I needed her to remember to give one of my dogs medication and she remembered to keep to my schedule.
