Wilkes Water was very proficient when I purchased my home in Millers Creek last year, they went out and turned it on right away and Lisa from the office made me feel like I was part of the family. I am from CA and we do not get this kind of service here, you are just another number so to speak. A year later, I have decided to sell my place there and just spoke with Lisa again and she took care of business right away and sending my refund. I love this place it makes me happy. Take care all!
Good customer service. Friendly and attentive
I hate this place. They seem rude and went up on my water bill because "they had to start buying their water " .. maybe it's just me but that seemed a little weird.
