Very disappointed with west&west. I was referred by a friend 4 years ago. The first year they did a good job, however the last few years (last year being an acception due to scheduling an in person consult) have been very disappointing. This year (2024) I turning in my taxes at end if February, hoping to they would get done on time. I repeatedly called asking about getting them filed in time. Quick edit: add LYING to the growing list of complaints. West Accounting just responded that I asked them to do something illegal??? Let’s see… 1. Do my taxes in a timely manner and communicate with me. 2. Help me set up an LLC. 3. Give me my tax documents back after holding onto them for three months. If any of those things are illegal, I will turn myself in! West & West accounting, please stop digging your hole deeper!
