Very disappointing experience with West & West Accounting. We scheduled with Reed West, paid a deposit, and submitted documents weeks in advance—only to have our appointment reassigned and then canceled days before. The only option offered was filing in October under an extension, which didn’t work for us. We withdrew our documents and requested a refund. Unreliable service, and the office environment did not inspire confidence in the security of personal information.
Debbie does a great job and the staff if always friendly.
W&W had been doing our taxes for a decade +. Got a consult from another cpa and he said it was negligent they never told us about filing for SALT . Since we switched it has saved us thousands in taxes. I'd call it incompetence.
Avoid!! They filed fraudulent tax returns in my name without my knowledge. I used them in once 2013 I believe, and in 2023 they filed tax returns with my name to recieve a refund. I only found out once I tried to file my taxes and IRS informed me they had already been filed. I Can provide receipts if needed. It is very much a scam no guess work needed!
