I would not recommend this place for your family theirs a lot of issues with the place first one is maintenance sucks especially for the elevators one of them got stuck and dropped down a couple of floors due to them not maintaining like their supposed to second which ain’t major just an annoyance their treated like children they cant eat or drink in the lounge, they’ve got signs posted up everywhere saying it not on top of that the vending machines all says that their out of order but reality they just won’t fork out the mo... read more

Real good place to live in the heart of bluefield wv rent is a fair price they have a lot of things for the people that live here to do. It is close to stores, doctor's, and there is public transportation here every hour. The Manager Chris will go the extra mile to get you a nice place to live, there is 24 hour maintenance plus there is a lot of security to make you feel safe.
