This state office location is a JOKE! Our tax dollars pay these people and they are rude and do not do their job! Paid for a business license and AOI back at beginning of August and now it’s almost Oct and I still do not have in hand! They messed up the registration, and now I was told we can’t issue it in a day! Well it hasn’t been a day it’s been over a Month! They are rude and absolutely disrespectful!
Thank goodness I have moved from WV because this has been the worst experience...again...to deal with. I have submitted my tax information back in April (it is August now) and have not received my tax return. When I called to inquire what is the issue I was made to feel like it was my fault that they were incompetent in processing the information. Geez! These People are so ignorant and rude! I called regarding my business license, due to what was considered a tiny error! The Woman i talked to really didn't even care to help me at all, and she was a very rude Person to speak to.
Have promised to send out our refund for the last 3 months. When it isn’t sent they blame the computer. No efficiency has ever seen this building. Wv and the tax department are trash.
I called about over payment in State income taxes $284 of twice. Even though I have never worked in the State of West Virginia. I just want to know how long it will take to get my money back. I know you are just waiting so you can get more interest. May not be much for West Virginia, it’s a lot for me. Please refund my over payment
