Terrible customer service. The whole experience was very unhelpful and off putting because of the way they treated me. The lady i spoke to under option 2 made it seem was like my call was a burden. She had no interest in helping me and just wanted me to go away. She literally sighed when i woukd ask questions. Kinda sad i have been wanting to get back into ems after 5 or so years away. But this makes me remember why i got out. I wish i could give negative stars.
I called to inquire about a Paramedic program I was looking at taking and the laws of transferring my license back to Virginia and she hung up on me midsentence. They need to clean house and get better leadership.
