Very quiet community - mostly grad students and young professionals. I reported an issue with my A/C unit in the morning and maintenance came to fix it the same day. Small staff and family owned, which I like. When you call their office you'll typically talk to the same couple of people. Overall, very friendly and willing to help answer any questions you might have!
Terrible upkeep, leaks, mold, poor snow removal, trash, rodents.
Very poor management, my sons AC Unit has been out all weekend. Any good management team would have had it fixed.
Nice, quiet apartments.
