Worst bank i've ever dealt with in my life!!!! Does not deserve not even 1 star! And i thought BofA was the worse bank ever well this one top rated of the worse banks ever!!!! The ATM machine at Gila Bend broken all the time!! 🤨 came to the goodyear one not a single atm on site!! Came to the Phx branch too and here is the worse! not an ATM on site either!! When I go into the Litchfield branch the teller cheerfully greets me by name. My transactions are handled quickly and efficiently.
West Valley has been a great place to bank. Every teller and employee treats me well and Ray at the Scottsdale branch is tops in customer service.
