I always go there to cash my checks that I receive from an organization that valley national bank has a account. Today I went there and a woman by the name of Josie Kattoura was extremely rude to me. She was saying I needed to forms of id to cash the check I've been cash there for almost a year. She kept asking me do I have an account and I told her no. Then she was like you going to have to wait. I'm thinking she's a manger and she's NOT. I go there all the time but this morning I left and felt disrespected and insulted 🥺
Worst bank i've ever dealt with in my life!!!! Does not deserve not even 1 star! And i thought BofA was the worse bank ever well this one top rated of the worse banks ever!!!! The ATM machine at Gila Bend broken all the time!! 🤨 came to the goodyear one not a single atm on site!! Came to the Phx branch too and here is the worse! not an ATM on site either!!
