This 1 star review is for your physical signs, website and your on-phone staff. I had a futon couch that I needed to get rid of. No tears, stains etc. I checked the restore website and it said that it was accepted. I also called, and the employee on the phone said it was fine. When I came to drop off, the unloader employee said they were not accepted. If you don't accept futons, put it on your website and on your signs at the dropoff.
Used to be a great store with good prices. Now you can buy a lot of things new for cheaper or the same price right down the road at BiMart or Ace or even Home Depot. They got greedy when they opened up again. You used to get stuff at 25% of retail prices. It was a decent trade-off because you're buying used. Now with close to new prices it's not worth it. It's not amusing seeing something priced at $15 when it has a sticker price still attached from another store at $12.99. Pricing people need to get a clue. Know your prices... read more
