Sarah's not messing around when she says "deep tissue massage." It felt like a combination of active release techniques, assisted stretch, and some old-fashioned work with the thumbs and elbows, plus some calming stuff so it wasn't too intense. My body thanks you!
Best massage in Loudoun County. Staff are excellent. Facility is always clean.
Love this place and Sarah is phenomenal. She has been instrumental in my recovery from various sports injuries. Highly recommend.
