I had a great experience with this weight loss program. I am skeptical of weight loss programs but I saw my cousin's result from this program so I was eager to try it. The weight just came off so easily. There were days I thought my scale was broken because I just couldn't believe how much weight was coming off. I also love the fact that you have support for whatever you may need or questions you might have. I definitely recommend this program!

I have gone through this program and have seen great results. I don't know if my results are typical, but the program definitely made it so much easier for me to work toward my health goals. In the past, I've tried my own independent weight loss programs and other medically supported programs from other doctors. I never saw results with those like I've experienced with this program. Easy. Straight forward. Friendly. Total support. I’m a Doctor that knows better but couldn’t get a handle on my surprise menopausal weight gain. All my joints ached. After 3 days on this program my joints stopped aching. I could bend over to tie my shoes and go down the stairs faster. I lost 31 pounds in 40 days (I may have cheated a day or two).
