Bad personal experience.....take caution!
When I called and bought my playset they were very helpful, right up until after I made my payment in full. The order was placed in early May and I scheduled a delivery and setup date of June 26th. I called and left a message the week before delivery to check status and never received a call back so I took off work anyways to be there when the crew was schedule to work in order to give them direction on placement. The foreman running the crew on Sunset Drive is obnoxious and on some kind of power trip pushing the workers around. If he continues with his hostile work environment and bully firing procedures he will bring a wrongful termination suit to the company. Actually one could be coming right now. Someone needs to put this clown in check.The company needs to know how they are being represented to the public. The days of caveman rule are gone.
