I have had weight issues for over 30 years. I've tried tons of diets. Nutrimost gave me quick results and I didn't crave any of the foods I needed to stay away from for the 40 days. I was able to lose 34 pounds in my 40 day round of Nutrimost. I've maintained my weight for a month now. I am hoping to do another round as my long term goal is to lose a total of 90 pounds.
