As someone who needed legal advice, I definitely did not receive what I was looking for. The person I spoke with continually talked over me as I tried to explain my situation. When she finally took a breath and I had a chance to speak....she put me on hold. I believe I was more confused than informed when I decided to end the call. I guess time really is money in the legal world, and it reflected in their service.
